I called Alex on a Saturday afternoon he picked up straight away and i was over at his house within 40min. He repaired my charging port on my iPhone X within 35min ( for a good price $ ) whilst i waited in the car and its working like a brand new one again - Thank You , Brett..

There's not many businesses that I would recommend less than IFixMobiles Brisbane.

I took my Google Pixel phone for a simple screen repair. It took a little longer than I was advised but the real trouble came when I returned home and noticed dead pixels near my front camera and a strange clicking noise with my screen. It was very clear to me that the screen had not been repaired correctly.

I immediately contacted Alex to advise him of my concerns and provided evidence of the issues. Over the next few weeks & months I was constantly avoided and ignored. I've never encountered someone so willing to deal with an issue in my life, it was disgraceful. I have the complete timeline of contact attempts with were not replied or responded too and it is damning.

It constantly took ages for Alex to get back to me and his responses were disappointing. He basically advised me that he had no desire to physically inspect the device and said that the supplier would not honour the warranty so there was nothing he was willing to do for me.

I reached out to another expert in the field and they confirmed to me their belief that it was of their opinion that the screen had been inadequately repaired.

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behaviour from a person and business that lacks any type of decency and ethics.

The website states a 180 day warranty but from my experience this is a fraudulent claim and I am currently in the process of assessing my options.

Avoid this business unless you want to be subjected to this kinda of rubbish. Alex Ho, in my mind you are a despicable business owner.

Alex fixed my iPhone 8 max a couple of weeks ago - battery and charge port - and now it works like new and the charge lasts. He did the whole job in about 40 minutes! I broke my screen last night and he was able to fit me in this morning to replace it. Reasonably priced, super friendly service. He's your go to guy. Thanks Alex!

I have been using iFixMobiles for my company devices for years. Over that time he has fixed countless screen and batteries and other issues promptly, professionally and with no issue. Not only the best value for money but a great bloke.
