Repair Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Repair Warranty Terms & Conditions applies to all device(s) have the following situation which will not be covered under warranty: any kind of malicious or physical damage such as water or heat damage, dents, bents on the body of the devices, Cracked or scratched on the glass or display (LCD) screens, damaged headset or charging ports, expanded batteries, lifted screen by expanded batteries;
  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that a repair by iFixMobiles (a third party repairer, i.e. not accredited by the Customer’s device’s manufacturer).
  • May void the warranty service, or support or waterproof warranties provided by the manufacturer
  • We are not responsible for data loss resulting from a repair or service.
  • We are providing 6 months warranty on the repaired or replaced part(s) only from the repair date (except for liquid damaged phones). Please contact us within the 6 months period for any warranty inquiry
  • Cracked Glass or Display (LCD) screens are not covered by the warranty after the Glass Screen Replacement on phones and tablets
